The layercake I did for my sisters Birthday, was GOOD!!! I usually bake the layers myself and very important, if you want it to be even better, make it the day before serving and refrigerate, makes it moisty as F*
This is one portion baked to make 3 layers, I use it for 2 layers

I cut it over with thread, very easy.

Voila, I made 2 portions of layer and added cocoa powder in one of them, you can also add colouring, if you want to make it rainbow layered.

I sprinkle the layers with either Kahlúa or Cointreau, before adding the cream. It’s F* Delicious!

You can make the cream youself, or buy the powder, mix it with milk, refrigerate for 30 min. then whisk it up with whipped cream to make it fluffy. Best ever!

Put lots of cream on the 1st layer

Fresh cut strawberries soaked in sugar foor 1 hour. lay over layer of cream

add one more layer, and cream on top of that,

Then add a layer of ‘flødeboller’ on top of the cream – in English it would be: ’sticky marshmallow covered in chocolate’

Voila, add another layer, and repeat with cream, strawberries, and add the top layer.

Here is it: I covered it with strawberry frosting and Peppermint marshmallows on top

I refrigerated it for the night

YUM!!!!!

The layers:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C
150g soft butter
150g sugar
3 eggs
150g flour
1 tsp baking powder
(if you want chocolate layers, add 2 tbsp of good cocoa powder)
whisk sugar and butter fluffy
add eggs one at a time while whisking
put in flour and baking powder and mix it
Grease a springform pan, pour it in
and bake it for 15-20 min. they have to be a golden on top.
When they have cooled you can slice it over in 2 or 3 layers with the thread.
